1. Acceptance

By using Samval Central (web or mobile application) you accept these terms. The platform is provided by Fundación Samval (Colombia) to the educational institutions that adopt it, and access accounts are created and managed by each institution.

2. Use of the platform

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable; you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• The platform must be used exclusively for educational and school-management purposes, in accordance with your institution’s policies.
• Attempting to access other users’ data, interfering with the service, or using it for unlawful purposes is not allowed.

3. Academic content

The curriculum planning, activities and assessments recorded in the platform belong to the educational institution and its community. Fundación Samval acquires no rights over that content.

4. Availability

Each school’s service runs on that school’s own infrastructure. Fundación Samval strives for the best possible availability of the software, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for failures of the institution’s infrastructure or connectivity.

5. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Samval Central software, its brand and its design belong to Fundación Samval. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Changes

We may update these terms by publishing the new version on this page with its effective date.

8. Governing law and contact
